By attending the Beachcomber Dogs Beach Cleanup, the participant acknowledges the following:
The participate understands and agrees that neither the BC Regional Parks, Beachcomber Dogs, nor any other organizer or promoter may be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or damages to the participant or their dog(s). The participant is fully responsible for the actions of their own dog and is expected to keep their dog under control.
The participant understands that cleaning up beaches and waterfront areas involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risks of possible injury or inflection as a result of contact with needles, metal objects or other hazardous materials founds on the beach, or from over-exertion or environmental conditions. The participant personally assumes all risks in connection with the beach cleanup.
